Supported Communities
Supported communities are any organization which support our elderly or disabled, whether they be independent living communities, nursing homes, day programs, or dementia/memory care facilities, etc. Supported communities are eligible for a variety of discounts from the standard professional fees.
PERFORMANCE SATISFACTION
GUARANTEE.
When you book The Musical Medic for the first time, if you or your folks are not completely satisfied, The Musical Medic will not accept any payment. The performance will be free.
MUTUAL COORDINATED DISCOUNT. This 5% discount is applied to your invoice when performance dates and times are mutually coordinated to fit into The Musical Medics existing schedule. The rational behind this discount is to encourage morning, afternoon and evening performances on the same day for The Musical Medic. Available days and times for this discount are disclosed by The Musical Medic and are constantly changing as booking takes place.
MULTIPLE PERFORMANCE DISCOUNT.
Some supported communities are large enough to schedule a morning and afternoon, or an afternoon and evening performance on the same day. A 10% discount is applied to those performances.
MISC/NEGOTIATED DISCOUNT.
Sometimes unique circumstances arise for either a supported community or The Musical Medic which may result in a special consideration at the discretion of The Musical Medic.
EQUIPMENT FEE WAIVER. The standard $25.00 fee for equipment is wavered.
